Conrad is a founding member and Principal of Form 4 Architects which was originally established in 1990 as Ramakers & Taylor.

As a registered architect in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, WA & NT, Conrad has overseen more than 2,000 projects across retail, educational, medical, commercial and industrial developments and new builds. With the completion of AAER and the holder of a New Zealand Drafting Certificate, Conrad has extensive experience in Project Management, Design, Documentation and Contract Administration.

Outside work, Conrad's world revolves around family and classic cars.

Matthew joined Form 4 Architects in 2019 after 20 years of experience working as the Store Layout Manager (Head of Drafting Department) for Big W.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, Diploma of Architectural Technology, Computer Aided Drafting Certificate and is currently completing a Masters in Architectural Science (Illumination Design). In October 2021, Matthew became a director and co-owner of the company.

Matthew enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking in his free time.

As a key member of the Form 4 Architects team, Gaby brings more than 30 years of architecture and construction experience to her role, ensuring high documentation standards.

Starting as a draftsperson in Germany, Gaby has a detailed history of working with documentation quality control in projects ranging from concept designs to construction issues.

Gaby enjoys bushwalking with her family and Labrador in her free time, gardening and painting.

Joining Form 4 Architects in 2019 with a Bachelor & Masters of Architecture, Raj brings over 13 years of experience in project management and architecture domestically and abroad.

Raj's major strengths are:

• Designing, planning and maximising the project's efficiency (also taking into consideration the planning controls, NCC & AS in the process)
• Coordinating specialists and consultants
• Coordinating regulatory approvals
• Contract administration of the budget and construction process.

On weekends, Raj enjoys playing cricket and other sports.

Hugo brings more than 15 years of experience in design and construction, having worked on projects across retail, commercial, residential and educational facilities. With a degree in Architecture and certificates in Project Management and Leadership, Hugo combines his experience and education to lead key projects.

Hugo's creativity and passion for innovation shine through in his work, as he is always excited to explore new ideas in his design and construction projects.

Hugo is an animal lover who enjoys a balanced and healthy life filled with exercise, vegan food, and regularly spending time with friends.

An Architecture and Urban Design graduate, Ariane joined Form 4 Architects in 2021, bringing 13 years of experience in retail, hospitality, high-end residential and fit-outs in Australia and overseas.

As a senior member of Form 4 Architects, Ariane's strengths in documentation and coordination ensure that the drafting team is supported with clear direction and is guided in consistent work across the team.

In her spare time, Ariane is an avid consumer of entertainment, enjoying movies, music, drawing and painting.

Fathima Joined Form 4 Architects in 2019 and has been a valuable team member ever since. Fathima has a wide range of valuable experience with landscape, residential and commercial architecture and has previously worked as a design lecturer overseas.

With a curious mind for technology and as a BIM Manager, Fathima takes responsibility for delivering the business technology strategy and promoting the benefits of digital ways of working in our team. Fathima also manages and organises the digital processes by implementing a BIM strategy and trains our team to ensure the project workflow runs smoothly with BIM.

Fathima loves cooking, skating, and spending quality time with her family.

Joining Form 4 Architects in 2021, Nik brings his passion for creating innovative architectural spaces that enhance the experience of others in their daily lives.

Nik has completed 8 years of study, including a Masters in Architecture specialising in high-performance technology. This area of study focuses on the need to overcome technological challenges, including those in construction systems and methods, by designing integrated solutions to service buildings and precincts to achieve low carbon futures.

Nik has a keen interest in photography and videography, with his work recently published in ‘Thunderous Run, Bountiful Harvest: Bull Scapes of Tamil Geography'. He also enjoys travelling the world and has visited more than 30 countries.

Sindu joined Form 4 Architects in 2021 after gaining experience abroad in residential concept design and approval processes. After completing her Bachelor's degree, Sindu went on to achieve a Masters in Architectural Science (high-performance building, sustainable design), as she believes buildings' function, aesthetics, and efficiency all have equal importance. Her focus is on passive and active sustainability, energy calculations and the construction industry's impact on carbon emissions.

Sindu is a recent Green Star Associate (GSA) and will soon be a Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP). Her expertise is invaluable in helping our clients achieve their sustainable goals.

Sindu enjoys travelling and creating itineraries and digital illustrations in her spare time.

Belinda joined Form 4 Architects as a finance professional in 2017, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining the business's practices. She introduced and implemented AEC software to integrate with existing accounting software and oversaw the company's ISO accreditation.

With a diverse background of qualifications and experience in finance and administration, including owning her own business, Belinda's responsibilities at Form 4 Architects expanded to include overseeing the HR and technology requirements of the company and was key in the smooth transition of the business restructure in 2021.

Belinda is currently based in regional NSW on acreage and enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, pottery and painting.

Kim joined Form 4 Architects (Ramakers) in 1994 as a general Accounts person and Administrator. With certificates in reception and bookkeeping, Kim has been instrumental in managing office practices and external communications.

In 2007, with the continued growth of the business, Kim handed over accounting duties and focused purely on administration to ensure the smooth running of internal operations.

Kim is a young grandmother of 3 who adores spending as much time with them as she possibly can.

Silvia is the newest member of Form 4 Architects, joining in 2023. After a lengthy event management and logistics career, Silvia brings her strong administrative skills and attention to detail to the team.

With a Bachelor of Management in Sport & Exercise, Silvia has experience working on more than 40 national, international and world class events including the 2012 & 2014 Paralympic Games, 2015 AFC Asian Cup and 2018 Commonwealth Games. She has experience in custom event builds, exhibitions and working in construction zones.

Outside of work, Silvia enjoys playing football and spending time with her chihuahuas.
